OUR APPROACH
Delivering a large, complex project on schedule and within budget requires meticulous attention to detail across each phase of the project:
PLANNING: From sketch plans, 3D perspective drawings, cost plans and a comprehensive investment breakdown, we provide all the information you need to make an informed decision.
PREPARATION: We ensure compliances, gain approvals and manage contracts. A design document is readied with the final construction drawings, plans and detailed furniture, finishes and fittings schedule and plans.
CONSTRUCTION: We oversee the project end-to-end, from floorplan to fitout, dealing with the challenges that inevitably arise. Stringent due diligence ensures that all details and requirements have been checked and met.
HANDOVER: We handhold and guide you through the handover, post which our inspection team carries out further checks, inspecting to verify that all is clear.
